I ordered this product then I received I came to know that I have a major health issue I called to customer care Mr Ashwani Gupta he answer, I told him I want to return the product I want my my money back, he said that we can't return your amount I told him that in the return policy it is clearly mentioned that amount can be refund he said no Madam we can't return and he was very rude . If you are not return my amount I will go to consumer court, he said whatever you want to do. I don't care..plz not buy any product from this company. Was this information helpful? |
