I have contacted them for transporation of my bike from Ahmedabad to Porbandar. They have sent a message to me on WhatApp. I have finalised the rate and paid them online. Then after they asked for addtional money for GST & Insurance. I paid that also. Then they could not deliver the bike at the destination. Hence, they have sent the bike back after too much follow up. And they agreed for refund of money. Till now they have not refunded the money. Following is the chronology.
