I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent booking through RedBus (Operator: VEE VEE BUS, Travel Date: 11/01/2025, Timings: 1:30 PM).v SALEM - BANGALORE
After receiving the driver details, I contacted the driver to confirm the journey details. During the conversation, I was informed that the bus was en route and expected to arrive at Salem only after 4:30 PM. Due to this delay and the urgency of my travel, I was compelled to arrange alternative transportation to Bangalore.
