I had placed on 19th June 2023 an order with this company through their online web site for a replacement LED bulb. The order was allotted number 37077. Since they required payment before despacth i made full payment of Rs 349/- using the QR code given in their website through google pay. This was done on 20th June 2023 at 11.18AM. However they are not shipping the item. Repeated complaints have generated only an automated response and the order has been kept on hold. If they are unable to fulfill please ask them to either refund. Or else they should send the item without further delay. Was this information helpful? |
