We had booked europe tour for 4 persons in feb'2019 and payment was cleared in first week of march by two cheques. As the travelling date was 28th may2019 we got an VISA appointment date on 17th april'19 unfortunately it got rejected by the european embassy upon asking refund of my money amount debit of INR 500100/-the executive of Veena world started to raise hands stating that customer will get a return of "50% of the tour amount".
As a consumer it is a full set up of trap and fraud by Veena world and hospitality.
We are looking forward for a compensation of our money which is used for almost 4 months and counting till upto the day it is cleared. Was this information helpful? |
