Veeranjaneya Hotels — Swiping machine repair purpose

I m a business man in G Vinay kumar and using your bob card swipe machine at my surgical equipment shop. My bob card swipe machine is not working from a very longer time.

Request you to please repair it or replace it. I have swiped cards for many transactions but settlement is not showing up in my account. This way i am losing most of my business and i have to force customers for cash payment.

Toll free numbers and complaint numbers are not reachable. Both numbers are showing busy. I also want lodge a complaint for rolls.

I am not getting where should i contact to complaint
Please tell me where should i complaint or you please provide me the solution or forward my mail to concerned departments.
