Veerzaara.in — wrong product received

I placed an orderd on veerzara.in against order no. #119948 worth rs.755 based on cod. I got the delivery on 30.03.2019 and when i opened the package it was a rugged piece of cloth instead of the dress i ordered. This is a complete fraud website link posted on facebook which has cheated me and many other customers. When i went complaining about it to the post office who delivered me the package they refused to return the package...
