I ordered the veerzara kurti online which was very beautiful and very cheap at rs.755/-!!!. I was happily waiting for the item. The item was delivered ar the local post office and when i opened the package, istead of a beautiful kurti, i saw a disgusting looking saree with glitters which were falling all over and it looked as if it was worn and washed many times.!!! Even a beggar would not wear it.
I tried to contact them but i can never get cionnected to any operator even aftert choosing the options of the ivr. They simply disconnect the call by saying that all executives are busy. I filed a return on a link and they gave me a reference number but no other information received from them for many days.
I feel this is a fake website. And when i came online to complain about the company, i found out that the same thing has happened to so many people.
