Seriously, what kind of justice is this. The people(Maj. S K Hooda and Sunil Gandhi) who are trying to revive the company by showing funds, filing the revival scheme in the Delhi High Court and also fighting false allegations by the set of people who are fighting against the revival and demanding liquidation of A N Buildwell have been termed as fraudsters and accused. Don’t you think friends you missed the name of main accused Mr Ashish Bhalla the Founder and MD of Viridian Red and director of A N Buildwell. After dooming A N Buildwell and exploiting all its resources he moved on taking no responsibility and started his projects by the mane WTC NOIDA, WTC Gift CITY, WTC Chandigarh. Please friends also note all these projects were made on the hues and cries of the customers of A N Buidwell and can never flourish.

You are absolutely right otherwise who you think is funding such senior lawyers who charges like lakhs of rupees per hearing. Not only this last meeting he also presented in Taj Palace wherein he addressed the crowd by saying i am emotionally attached to the A N Buidwell thats why here to help. Ms Renuka Kulkarni said in his trial of the bail application heard in Saket Court ”he is innocent man trying to help us and i have never name him in my FIR” OMG . But Police has different view for this innocent man, they think he is a fraud siphoned funds made fool of 1800 customers of A N Buildwell and launched WTC’s in three citiesto continue the loot. WTC Chandigarh havnt even started in last 3 years still they are doing soil testing and giving excuses we are doing as per the standards of WTC. WTC Gift city construction is super slow as per the staus report of GIFT CITY, WTC Noida only two towers have been delivered in 5 years. God Forbid this “Innocent Man” and its followers.
I really liked the way you have put in your point here. But let me ask you and to all those who have bought properties in WTC projects, can a brand of WTC repute allow such delays? So, do not deviate the attention of everyone here. Also, have you ever interacted with any customers of WTC? I doubt coz the reasons that you are mentioning here are enough to start an agitation against the builder. And no customer is a fool as he will wait for 3 years and will agree to this 'soil-testing' reasoning. Buyers of WTC are very much happy and they should be. Anyway, coming back to AN Buildwell, give me one reason why frauds like SK Hooda and Sunil Gandhi should not be held responsible for all the pain and sorrow they have brought in the lives of thousands of customers? Absolutely sir I can understand you are hurt even we were but that’s the truth. He has been found accused and he is under the trial for the same for frauds in AN Buildwell. Wtc Chandigarh has given the statement and their construction update on the platform few months back. If you want I can share the link with you. As far as knowing customers are concerned you will find hundreds o[censored]nhappy customers on this platform only. Its painful but it’s the truth. Coming back to A N Buildwell we know both of them have been accused but now atleast they are trying to revive the company complete the construction. What’s his role in revival? Is he doing anything or like always putting all his efforts to get the property auctioned.He should be a politician. He has bugged the whole system. What is he upto making money out of this dead project? Why is he so keen or may be some other reason behind it?
He has the option to revive the company through FOSECA then why he didn’t showed the funds to continue. Actually he doesn’t want to do so, He is more happy making plans somewhere sitting in his A C office that what should be done to trouble the customers and create obstacles in revival. But we are failing to understand what kind of happiness he isgetting to cause pain to the customers. He is barbaric man, who is doing whatever pleases his mind no matter it may cause pain to others.
Why can’t he concentrate on his own project WTC NOIDA, open any forum so many people talking about assured return have been delayed, buy back cases not honoured, brokers have not been paid, some customers have been shifted without their consents etc... he is doing whatsoever he wants too...
Everybody is crying while investing with Viridian red Ashish bhalla. The people who are still writing good about him and fighting back the truth are actually innocent and don’t understand the situation or don’t want to know the truth. But this will not work for a long period. Truth should come out and must be shared.
