I enrolled in a one-year online health and fitness program with Priyanka Gupta (“VegFit By Priyanka”) on April 25, 2024, and paid $1, 020 USD via PayPal (receipt attached).
After the first 6 weeks, my daughter was hospitalized for a serious eating disorder. I immediately informed Priyanka and requested to pause the program, which she acknowledged and agreed to via WhatsApp (screenshots attached).
Due to ongoing family medical issues, I could not resume the program for the rest of the year. Despite multiple follow-ups, Priyanka refused to provide a partial refund for the unused services, citing her payment cycles and a 4-week refund policy, even though she agreed to pause the service and no coaching was delivered after June 2024.
I am not requesting a full refund — only a fair partial refund for the unused part of the program.
This is unethical and unprofessional, especially given the compassionate context and advance communication.
