Vegfro — Product not received

I had ordered a mini printer from the site veg fro on June 4th, and did the payment of rs 1299..I haven't received the product yet...I would like to have a refund ...there is no update about the product from the company .can you please help me get the refund .I have send the mail also but there is no reply from the company. It seems that it is a bogus company .
