I registered a complaint at vego toll free customer care number which landed in mumbai on 21st April 2017. I was confirmed a tech visit within 48 hours against complaint number WES[protected]. On 24th april i called back as no tech visited my place. I was assured a tech again and call was conferenced with the tech chandan kumar who confirmed visit on tuesday 25th april second half. On 25th when again no tech visited my place and chandan did not answer my call, i called back the call center in mumbai. Supervisor Surinder promised call back before 12 noon on 26th april. I waited till 1pm but no call back happened so i called again only to be promised another call back before 9pm on the same day by supervisor abid and india escalation head deputy manager nikhil. There was no call back. So i had to call a local tech myself to get this vego glacier i repaired. This is an 11 month old device and i do not deserve such negligence from supervisors in the mumbai call center. Disgusting would be the least that i could say ! Was this information helpful? |
