Vehichle — self motor replacement

Dear sir,

I bought a hero passion pro 110cc blue and black in moolakadai chennai showroom. I had an issue of self motor replacement which has been raised 2 months ago but the replacement product is not yet been arrived as per service people. Because no body is properly responding. I will wait for some more days otherwise i will sell my bike and i will go for some japanese bikes. Its really awkward situation.
