Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Manoj Subhash Bhavsar, residing at Amalner, District Jalgaon – 425401 (Mobile No. [protected]). I came across an online advertisement regarding a vehicle bidding website/application. I registered on the platform with my contact details. Soon after registration, I received a call from a representative of the company, Ms. Riya Rajput.

She informed me that in order to gain access to the bidding platform for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles, I would have to pay a subscription fee of ₹2001/-. She assured me that she would personally guide me through the entire process and also assist with submitting the required documents.

Accordingly, on 21st January 2025, I paid the subscription fee of ₹2001/- via credit card to gain access to the platform. After becoming a member, I placed bids for one 2-wheeler and one 4-wheeler. Later, Ms. Riya Rajput informed me about a Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (MH43CC0844) available at a godown in Jalgaon. She assured me that she would arrange a gate pass by 11:00 AM the next day.

As per the instructions, I travelled to Jalgaon on 22nd January 2025. However, when I called her upon arrival, she did not answer my call. I also messaged her on WhatsApp, but received no response. I then attempted to contact other numbers listed within the application. One of the respondents advised me to return home and promised that the gate pass would be arranged within 2–3 days. Unfortunately, the gate pass was never provided.

Despite my repeated efforts, I was unable to contact Ms. Riya Rajput again. After a gap of nearly two weeks, she briefly responded but then completely ceased communication. Calls, messages, and WhatsApp inquiries all went unanswered. When I tried calling from a different number, she disconnected the call upon hearing my name and avoided further contact.

I have made it clear to the company that if I do not receive a refund immediately, I will be filing an official complaint. According to the company's policy, the EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) is refundable, and I am entitled to a full refund.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to take immediate note of this matter. I seek a full refund of my EMD amount as well as the subscription fee initially paid. I trust that your office will treat this matter seriously and take necessary action.

I sincerely hope this issue is resolved quickly and amicably.
