Please note that My son Kshitij Halder while coming from college on 24-July 2023, the above Bolero vehicle hit my son side ways on his bike and the Driver run away after hitting at 3.30 PM at Vatva Gamdi cross road, New Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My Son's left leg got fractured and immediately, we have to operate him at Saffron Orthopedic Hospital in Jashodanagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We have to implant Steel Rod while doing the operation. We tried to call the owner of the vehicle Mr. Rathod Malji ([protected]), but he was not responsive. We have incurred appx Rs. 80000.00 in the medical operation. We have requested Mr. Rathod Malji for the expense incurred while treatment but declined. My son is in Third Semister in St. Xaviers College, Ahmedabad. Due to this accident, he will be bed ridden for 2-3 months. Request to help us in solving with the vehicle owner.
