Vel — Refund of Booking amount of Rs. 2998.00 - reg

Hi,
I have booked sharing room and they didn't provide an accommodation as per my travel date the same I stayed in the hotel and no more required any accommodation. Now, I request you to refund two difference booking total amount of Rs, 2998.00 (Rs.1499.00 & Rs, 1499.00) at the earliest,
