I had requested a refund for the shopping cart amount more than six months ago, and despite numerous attempts to follow up through phone calls, I have not received a satisfactory response or a resolution to this matter. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of communication and assistance from the school administration.
I would like to bring to your attention the stark contrast in the handling of situations. When I faced challenges in paying the fee of 20, 000 INR, the school insisted on immediate payment even before allowing me to go home for the Diwali festival. However, the same urgency and attention seem to be lacking when it comes to refunding the amount that is rightfully due to me.
I understand that administrative processes can be complex, but the lack of responsiveness and accountability in this matter is causing significant distress.
