Subject: Complaint Regarding Principal Mr. Shenbagarajan’s Conduct and Poor Administration

Respected Sir/Madam,

I wish to bring to your attention several serious concerns regarding the administration under Principal Mr. Shenbagarajan at Velammal Vidhyashram, Surapet Tilak. Students and parents have been facing repeated issues, which remain unaddressed despite multiple requests.

The major concerns are as follows:

Parents are often made to wait for an unnecessarily long time without any prior information or proper communication, which shows a lack of respect.

The school restrooms are poorly maintained and unhygienic, reflecting careless management over basic necessities.

Students’ academic needs and basic requests are ignored, highlighting a lack of responsibility in addressing genuine concerns.

Broken blackboards/whiteboards and damaged classroom boards are not being replaced, making it very difficult for students to clearly follow lessons.

Children are being punished harshly for minor issues, such as passing a paper ball, where students were made to wait an extra hour even after school dispersal time. Despite submitting a letter from parents, no response or consideration was shown.

The overall mannerism and approach of the principal towards students and parents is unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful.

These issues not only affect the academic development of the students but also cause unnecessary stress to both children and parents. A principal should set an example of leadership, fairness, and discipline, but unfortunately, such behavior and negligence degrade the image of the school and harm the well-being of the students.

I strongly request the management to take immediate corrective action, investigate these matters seriously, and ensure a respectful, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment. Without such measures, the trust and reputation of the institution will continue to suffer.
