I placed an order for sweatpants on 9th December 2024 from Velora Apparel, but to my surprise, I received a dry-fit track pant instead. The product received was not only different from what I ordered but also of inferior quality.

I request the authorities to take immediate action against Velora Apparel and refund my ₹1000. I also demand that Velora Apparel takes necessary steps to rectify their business practices and provide better customer service."
