With a great regret and disappointment, we would like to bring to your notice that vide our consumer no.[protected], billing unit 4703 - sarvodaya stn, we are time and again repeatedly charges exorbitant amount of electricity charges on this.
We have a serious allegations to make as we do not open our office on regular basis. More so to site a recent example jan 2019 & feb 2019 hardly not even a day full some was there in the office.in spite of that the bill has come for rs.9770.00 which should not be the case.
We highly suspect that there is something wrong in our building wiring / connections and especially to our office unit.
Hence immediately request you to attend this on priority basis and request you to kindly refund us the money that we have been paying even without use not only in these tow months but on a regular basis.
We hope and pray that there are no illegal diversions / wrong doings.
Your earliest cooperation on this accord would highly be appreciated.
We would like to address this to consumer forum too to understand and get a through investigation done on this as ripping off every month exorbitant bill amount without usage is no way justifiable.
