Venkateshwara Nilayam Hallehalli — Deposit not returned by owner

I found this house in bangalore. owner agreed for 60k deposit and 9500 rent. while staying everyday there was issue and 0 privacy. main issue is toilet not working. water wont come. house owner barges in so often like everyday and keeps calling everyday for something. i live alone. one day she came in and i got nervous and i fell down and injured knee. they said i can fix ups after bringing it from hometown they said they have no wiring so i cant fix it because i have to drill holes. they could have told this before bringing i sold it for 2500 ..min value for ups is 15k. there were cockroaches everywhere . i did pest control. the house smelled bad when i came i cleaned house spending around 6k. only option to dispose garbage is to burn it near by bush. frequent power outage was there i was not able to wrk. with broken knee i cant climb stairs. it became very difficult to live without having a fuctioning toiler. the painting in house was very old all walls were dirty and they refused to paint. but said they ll take money from my advance for painting. but till i vacated no agreement was made . they called and asked another 10k for agreement as part of advance . i already had given 60k and now i gave 70k . i also paid rent. i stayed there less than 30 days. i never experienced something like this in my life. i request someone to help me get my money back.i vacated . i did inform before vacating. they saying now I didn't inform..they saying i vacated in friday its wrong. now if we ask they saying they have to discuss and tell. i dono what is happening. if they ll give money or not . they didn't give any agreement till end.
