Dear sir/Madam

I am Radhesham Tiwari, Working from Company of Vensar construction company Limited, Jammu as Admin officer project of Railway Tunnel T13, USBRL-KRCL, Reasi, Jammu since From July'2018 to June'2019.

My EPF number AP/HYD/0034292/000/0000120, EPS-10762, was deduction of amount from sine my joining July'18 to June'19, But I have checked my UAN passbook not generates or shown your passbook not available. So myself contact company Accts dept but he assured me your P[censored]nder progress, myself belived and after' some days again I called them he not lift. So myself think trying to best contact EPFO Hyderabad, he told me your account not deposited single amount for months of period when you joined in this company.

So please help me settlement my EPF amount as per your involvement.

Kindly take necessary action and do the needful in this issue & help me ASAP.
