With reference to the above subject, ms. Dhanashree bhajekar would like to inform you that i had purchased a washing machine from ifb. But the washing machine is not working properly and one of its parts is missing which affects the working of the machine. It tends to vibrate a lot and fall on the ground every time i use it.
I have filed a complaint to the ifb service center many times and always a technician from nearby service center venus enterprises, pune is sent. The technician sent was so impolite and misbehaved with the seniors/elders present at times. Besides he never repairs the machine completely, due to which other problems arise in the next few days. Also, the respective service center executive was not paying any serious attention to the complaint. If i ask him to send the technician urgently, he does not even bother about it.
I have spoken to the customer care executive for several times in a day or two but the problem is not resolved yet. I have requested him not to send the technician from venus enterprises but after that, they repeated the same thing and again the technician was so rude and irresponsible.
As per the customer’s policy, it is mandatory for every individual firm to satisfy its customers and provide them the best services possible. But i experienced that ifb is not interested in following the policy.
Hence i request you to resolve my problem and send a good technician from any other service center, other than venus enterprises, pune.
