I am writing to file a formal complaint against Vegan Basic, an online retail platform, for failure to address my repeated requests for return and refund of a faulty product.

I had placed an order (Order No.: VB[protected] on 7th June 2025 for a Zampa Dark Tan Boat Shoe (Size 11) through the Vegan Basic website. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered the following issues:

The color of the shoe was completely different from what was shown on the website.
The quality of the product was inferior and did not match the advertised specifications.
The shoe box was completely torn, indicating poor packaging or mishandling.
Following this, I immediately contacted the company through their WhatsApp support number and also sent multiple emails, requesting a pickup and full refund. Despite several reminders, there has been no response or action from the company's side.

This delay and complete lack of communication from Vegan Basic has caused me inconvenience and reflects unfair trade practices.
