Pro techs infosystems pvt ltd, represented by mr. Prasad l. Kavuru, and verden it solutions private limited, represented by mr. Vishnu prasad yemmela have entered into an agreement in june of 2016. The agreement states that verden it solutions pvt ltd will arrange it projects for pro techs for a commission. An advance of rs. 4 lakhs (Three lakhs on the date the agreement was signed, and another one lakh later) was paid as part of the agreement. Please find attached a scanned copy of the document. As of february 12, 2019, no project has been arranged and no money was returned.
