Now I am posting the reply I had given you in Just Dial where also you had posted all lies and again I am reiterating that Blackmailing us with online defamation will actually not serve any purpose, the foundation of our organisation and our integrity is not so weak that FALSE PROPAGANDA by people like you will hurt us much.

Just now while I am typing this Mr Chopra you have called us at our office and again blackmailing that you will write all false allegations if we dont pay up...what is this sir..? why are you acting like a child..? any ways I am posting my revert that I sent you in Just dial.

Dear Mr Khusal, Kindly put all details on the table and then accuse..though you have every right to accuse but no right to judge that I am a culprit or not.. you are neither a court nor are you a judge. Said this I would like to make the facts public for all viewers. You had hired us a consultant to get your credit rating updated.(Not for doing any settlement of any bank as you have wrongly accused us of). As your adviser we informed you that going for a settlement will ruin your credit rating/cibil. You initially agreed and were ok with paying the closure amount and in the meantime you asked about the nitty gritty of CIBIL and how CIBIL works which we informed you. Now you are in conversation with the banks and are asking them for settlement( not closure), and I believe that as you now know from us how to approach and contact cibil hence you just want to save your money by not giving us our stipulated fees as agreed upon. If you settle your cibil will not be updated properly but what you are asking is almost like having your cake and eating it too. WHICH IS OFF COURSE NEVER POSSIBLE. You have made a very personal attack on me and Hema that too in a very bad taste but as you are our client I am still giving you your due respect and requesting you to kindly pay your debts properly so that your credit rating can be improved. Words like "DEMANDED 5000" will actually not serve any purpose as we never demand, we let you know about our fees and you give it only if you AGREE. Hence I request you to kindly not resort to such blackmailing propositions like bad mouthing us on internet as we are in this profession from 2008 and there are n number of people in Delhi, India and Abroad who will vouch for me and my integrity . Moral of the above is you are at a liberty of trying to save your hard earned money but not at the cost of My reputation. Regards

One thing more I forgot to mention Mr Chopra, Here in this forum you are saying that we are taking money in the name of CIBIL clearance..( we are asking for consultancy fees for credit rating updation... there are multiple companies managing credit score in INDIA and CIBIL is just one of them) and in just dial you are saying that we are taking money for settlement...I am really very worried sir...now in another forum you may say we have taken money from you to send you on a vacation to mars...

I think dolly is right. I also got a call from them and telling me they will Help to settle at 20 - 30 % of actual dues and update my credit score.. they asked me to pay 10% of from settlement...

First of all you are not my client. So please tell me from which no you got the call from our side. Since 6 years we are working at same place not like other who change's their offices many time.
