Then mr. Sachin who is vertu india team representative called me from mobile no. +[protected] on 22nd may 2020 and informed me about product and asked me to send payment on there bank account. Then i had provided my company gst number for billing then he said under mentioned message thru what’s app:

Then i asked him that i will not transfer unless you will provide me your gst number then he provide me his gst number:03andph6090f1zc
Which i searched in gst portal site and it shows address as follows:

Sub-tehsil zirakpur.
After that i asked him that this is in zirakpur and your company is in bangalore so he told me that they have 4 hubs in india so for north india they use this hub.
Then i told him it’s look some fake then he told me to talk to his account person head. Mr. Gaurav: +[protected] then he told me that you can even transfer to there parent company which is montblanc india. And he had provided montblanc india gst number: 29aaucs7078k1z7 which is of bangalore and bank details as follows:

Then he told me that it’s better you transfer vertu bank only because else you will face some warranty issue.
So then i told him that i will not transfer to bank then he told me to pay online against which he send me payment link.

Then he provided me tracking i’d of ecom express : tracking id - [protected]
In which i just got 2 duplicate pens. Nothing else as per given order.
On 25th may he given me his dispatch manager number: +[protected] and ask me to take tracking i’d.
So i called him and ask for tracking id which he provided. Ecom express: tracking id: [protected]
Then i tracked this id but not picked up the parcel. Then i called and message to mr. Sachin again and again and at last on 29th may 2020 he had given me proffessional courier docket id: ixc[protected] which is of mohali, punjab.
Then on 29th may 2020 i asked my friend in chandigarh to take self pick up from proffessional courier ware house. Address: sco 57 sector 47 c

And my friend picked up and arranged self delivery to me in delhi.
Then i opened the parcel and shocked again because again wrong products delivered chinese mobile. And i called him and messaged him. On 31st may 2020 he confirm that it was a mistake happened. And delivered wrong phones. Against which i had send a email to [protected]@vertuindia.co.in
Against which he replied to my email on 2nd june 2020 that with in 7 days he will arrange correct phones delivery.
Then we waited till 8th june then again i called him again and again then on 9th june his dispatch manager given tracking id tracking id: [protected] of ecom express this pick up have to be done from mohali but on 10th june he had given new tracking id: tracking id: [protected] which is from mumbai. Tjen i contacted ecom express wasai branch person ph:+91-[protected] and he confirm me that no parcel came to there ware house.
And till 11th june pick up was not done so on 11th june afternoon i had send a email for refund of my money to [protected]@vertuindia.co.in
Against which he called me on 12th june and promised me and to trust him again that he will arrange correct product delivery with in 12 days.
Again we trusted him and on 25thjune 2020 i again called him so many times after which he confirms me that there shippment reached delhi airport and is under custom clearence. And he will arrange delivery till 30thjune positively.
On 30th june we called him so much time and at last on 8:34pm he replied me on what’s app he still don’t know the status of shippment.
Then i called and what’s app to his accounts person gaurav. To which he replied me that shippment is in uk airport and will be deliver by 15july 2020
So here i’m requesting you to please take necessary action against him. Here is not only about my money here is about to safe more indian people from this fraud persons also.
And request to take stick and seaz there accounts. And take necessary action against razorpay also they must have done kyc from them and as well as ask gst also they must have there details and ask banks also they also must have there details.
Even i have phone call recordings also as a prove.
