🚨 SAFETY HAZARD + BILLING FRAUD + NO RESPONSE — Brand New Vespa Engine Failed TWICE in One Week

I am Pradeep Battaladinne, Hyderabad. I purchased a brand-new Vespa VXL-125 from Premier Automobiles, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 13 June 2026, paying Rs. 1, 62, 500/- in cash (full amount in one shot).
Here is what happened within 10 days of delivery:
❌ Day 1: Abnormal engine sound from first ride. Reported at showroom. Dismissed — "vehicle is fine." Zero inspection. Nothing in writing.
❌ 17 June: Called showroom again. Told "probably minor spark plug issue." No service arranged.
❌ 20 June: Spark plug replaced in under 10 minutes. No proper diagnosis. Engine complaint dismissed again.
🚨 21 June EVENING — Vehicle STOPPED COMPLETELY in middle of LIVE MOVING TRAFFIC. TWICE. Could have caused a serious accident. I have VIDEO EVIDENCE — police and traffic noise clearly audible. This happened the SAME DAY they returned the vehicle after the spark plug "fix."
❌ 22 June: Vehicle collected by dealer. First told 1 engine part needs replacing. Then revised to 2 engine parts — on a vehicle manufactured just 2 months ago, delivered as BRAND NEW.
❌ Today — vehicle still with them. Over 10 days. No return date. No ETA.
❌ Vespa India (Piaggio) has sent FIVE emails saying only "forwarded to concerned team." Not once have they confirmed replacement or refund.
🔴 BILLING ISSUE — Rs. 29, 806/- UNACCOUNTED:
Premier Automobiles collected Rs. 1, 62, 500/- cash (Receipt No. 1112, dated 13.06.2026). Their own GST Tax Invoice No. DI[protected] shows only Rs. 1, 25, 971/-. Insurance accounts for Rs. 6, 723/-. That leaves Rs. 29, 806/- collected in cash with no receipt, no breakup, no explanation. This has been reported to the National Consumer Helpline and will be reported to GST authorities.
🔴 MY QUESTION TO EVERYONE:
Would YOU accept a brand-new vehicle whose engine stopped in traffic TWICE and now needs 2 major engine parts replaced — all within the first week? Would you trust that vehicle for the long run?
I paid full price for a NEW vehicle. Not a repaired one. Not a vehicle with engine surgery on day one.

✅ Proceeding to — Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad

My demand: Full replacement with a brand-new vehicle OR full refund of Rs. 1, 62, 500/-. Nothing less.
