I Purchased Vestar 5 star, 1.5 ton AC on 20/04/2013 in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.I noticed that it is taking complete night to cool my small bed room . So, I called the service centre and asked for the service .First day they told keep xerox copy of bill and warranty card.Second day they told we will come and the same answer was prolonged upto one week .On 8 th day they are telling we will not come for free service, you have to pay the money (even though it is within warranty period).I was worried about this type of service, i am getting huge electrical bill.So, definitely we have to punish this type of people.Kindly, do justice for me.
