I ordered few lehengas, sarees and Kurtis from the website www.vesturevogue.com on 1st May for Eid festival, they committed delivery in 3 to 4 days on live chat but I got my parcel today on 20 May 2019.
All the products are duplicate when I called they don't want to listen to me and denied for refund. this is a new website so do not trust them.
Website work from home and they said they have a huge team. I asked them price related questing they said Allah sab dekh raha hai we don't want to loot our customers and we sell in very low profit.

Second thing, We only sell Original and branded products.
As you can see on our website, it's already specified that we usually ship within 1 - 2 business days (for non-stitching) and extra 5 to 7 days (for stitching) and after that Maximum of 7 Days Courier company takes to hand over to you.
and the Last thing, Its also specified on our website that you need to contact within 24 hours after you received the product for any kind of problem. for more information check our return and refunds page again.
But still it's about the honor of our website, So can you please share the invoice and product you received.
I am 100% sure you wont have it as this is a fake complaint.
