I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the unfortunate incident that transpired during my parents' recent visit to the VFS Office in Hyderabad. I am compelled to bring to your attention the wrongful actions of your staff members, which resulted in financial loss and undue inconvenience for my parents.

On May 24th 2023, my parents visited the VFS Office to submit their biometrics as part of the application process. Regrettably, they were gravely misguided by your staff and coerced into paying a sum of 7000 INR under the false pretense of courier charges. It came to their attention, upon reviewing the invoice, that they were billed for Premium Lounge services, which they did not utilize or request. The staff members deliberately misrepresented the payment as courier fees, leading my parents to believe they were paying for a legitimate service.

This misconduct is highly unacceptable and a blatant violation of customer trust. Your staff members exploited the situation and deliberately deceived my parents, taking advantage of their unfamiliarity with the procedures. Such deceptive practices tarnish the reputation of your organization and erode the trust that applicants place in VFS Global.

I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address this matter appropriately. I expect a thorough investigation into the incident, including identifying the staff members involved, and ensuring appropriate disciplinary measures are taken against them. Additionally, I demand a prompt refund of the wrongfully charged amount of 7000 INR to my parents, as it was obtained through deceitful means.
