VFS Global should be banned as they're only making money and robbing customers. I went to VFS Gobal (From Vashi Navi Mumbai to Mahalaxmi (West) Mumbai Dis. 26-30 KM) to apply Saudi Visa on 5th Oct, 2023 and I've been charged INR600/- for 2 letter prints (1 Paper was mine) at One Vasco, then VFS staff delayed at their end and told me to go in Lounge services where they charged extra amounts and my full day almost.
After submission I've been charged INR 17, 450.20/- including MOFA fee but no tracking status were showing on Tasheer website and at MOFA website after putting the given Application No., Passport No. only error was showing no application status were showing.
VFS sent my only passport on 10th Oct, 2023 without any status proof, reason like; Visa application has been refused my Consulate for so and so reason, etc. nothing.
Basically, they're looting peoples by OneVasco services, Upgradation in appointment from Normal to louge, Not processing VISA Applications to Consulate. Agents are far better than VFS Global, at least they performed all the procedures, let know peoples all status & reasons of refusal and for this they charged extra[protected] which is completely fair.
On the other hand VFS Global doing fraud with customers, Stolen employment of Agents, It's website doesn't respond properly customers cannot place any request/ complaint, no customer care number available.
