FS Sydney is extremely disgusting with worst customer service and disgracing people. They have no respect for people. They have no knowledge of what they are doing.
Firstly, we schedule appointment in February to surrender Indian passport and got an appointment slot for May. We went there and were kicked out by a lady saying that we need to print the application form along with supporting documents. We had supporting documents but no application form, she was extremely rude. She told us the list of documents required. No where did she mention that they also require photographs to surrender Indian passport. She also said that for three people one appointment is ok.
We re-scheduled appointment to June and went there today, 25 June and got all the documents, application form, etc. There was a man who attended us and he asked for photographs and three separate application appointment. When we told him that we were not told about the photos and were to submit the applications in one appointment, he got very aggressive and rude. He did not even check the application and rejected us and kicked us out as if he was finding a reason to kick us out and not accept the application.
We were humiliated and we spent lot of money travelling to VFS, taking unpaid days off from work, spending time and money on clicking required size photos, photocopies of documents etc. There were many people who were kicked out, and the agents were just ticking off the list to show numbers of people attended on the day. So, everyone was finding a way to not accept applications and increase numbers.
When my husband received a call from his work while he was in VFS office, a lady sitting there rudely said that the phone is not allowed and asked us to take the phone outside the office. At the same time, another agent received a personal call which he attended, then how was it not wrong and no one told him to take the call outside.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the service, and we will escalate this service treatment even further if serious action is not taken against VFS Sydney, York street office. This is temp office and the address can change any moment
