Vgp Agrofarms Mr.baburaj Owner — Not able to locate the plot.No development as promised

We purchased a farmland VGP Wembley gardens .Iwas paying through instalments of 5000 rupees per month way back in 1995.Finally got registered by making a payment approx.one lakh seventy five thousand in the year 2000.They made tall promises to plant trees and give us the produce (equivalent in rupees) which never happened.When we visited their office they arranged for our visit to the site.There were no demarcations for the plot and some unauthorised people were digging the neighbouring plots and taking away the soil on trucks.No security was there.When we complained to Mr.Baburaj we heard security was posted subsequently.Mr. Mohandas does not lift the phone and is not available.I am interested in selling the plot.
