Vgp group — Cheated by VGP group into buying land, need refund

I brought a land from VGP on 20/9/1996, in permal malai kodaikanal through mr David, in Dubai who was working for VGP with big promises.but over the years when we visited the site nothing was done it remain untouched forest. Wanted to sell the plot after 10 yrs, later I came to know they did not make pattayam, (ownership documents has right to sell) just 2 yrs before again went to see the plot, it remain same, called Chennai’s offices, they said contact mr Hussein . After talking to Hussein realized it is fishy! He says pandemic so no body is ready to buy. Are all those people who brought the plot from them in the same mess as I am? I want concerned person to intervene, and do the justice.
