Dear Sir / Mam
I / we are facing VI (VodafoneIdea) network issue from 01/07/2022 onwards, I logged the complaint regarding this to VI online portal. complaint ID: RTN-V[protected]. The proplem is not yet solved. Today also I spoke with VI call centre staff and asked compensation for unused data and to extend the validity period, but the staff said, there is no such provision it seems.
So, kindly help me to get my rights to get back my value of money
