Viacom Solutions — About refund of my payment

I had got a call from this company and attended the interview over there and they asked me for a amount of rs. 3500 for the company hcl which they will refund after the 1st salary. Now as i try to contact them they make excuses and now their number is switched off. I want the total refund of my amount. The company has a girl and 2 boys at the reception and 3 persons for the interview who doesn't have much knowledge.
