I placed an order with Vibe Crafts (Order No: ODVC[protected]) for a Narrow Foyer Marble Console Table with Angled Gold Stand. To my shock, I received an entirely different product.
I immediately wrote to their customer support team highlighting the issue and demanding a replacement. However, it has been several days and I have not received any response or acknowledgment from them. This level of negligence and silence is extremely unprofessional and has caused me immense inconvenience.
As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability from an online platform. Instead, I have received the wrong product, no support, and no resolution.
