I also agree with the complaint. Don't ever buy emails from these frauds. Following are my observations:
1. Shoot 10, 000 emails, they internally block 8, 000 emails and rest is delivered or not, no idea! While shooting 10K emails, I put 50 emails of mine in between the list, but never received a single email.
When I sent all those emails from MailChimp and SendGrid, all went through and got many leads.
2. We had asked for School database. They provided junk data. Holy ###T!!!
3. Before getting money they will pick all your phone calls. As soon as you start realizing that they are frauds, they will stop receiving your calls, will not respond to your emails.
Raj picked all my phone calls before I made the payment. After payment I realized what a ### they provide. After that I used to call and email him everyday but no response.
There is one more person called Robert. I don't think such a person exist but they have made an email with this name.
4. They claim they have US servers but it is totally false. To send 1000 emails, it takes them 2 hours. What a crap!
I wasted all my money. I repented a lot.

Thank you for the reviews. We were about to finalise with them for 5 lakhs mail but now decided against it.

Would like to inform you that bulk email service will not give you 100 percent email delivery, you will get an open rate of 2 to 3 percent only. So do not go with posts, these are fake guys who want the refund after using the service. I am using vibemail service and i am getting the open rate which they had promised since 2 years.

Good Decision
There are some bad reviews about vibemail, so initially i was reluctant to go with vibemail, but had enquired about the packages and found out that they were talking in terms of open rates 2 to 3 percent and all.They had informed me prior that i will get 1% or below with other service provider, i tried other service provider whom they claimed that 100% inbox delivery, but found that 1% was the open rate, then i remembered vibemail and the conversation done with them, i took a package and i got a good open rate and enquiries too. So would recommend not to go with the posts, or reviews these are fake guys who want the refund after using the service.I strongly recommend vibemail, as it is the second renewal of mine.

Im using VibeMail from last 4 years now. I have used many ESP's but the support and email inbox delivery is good as compared to others also the open and click ratio is very high. I strongly recommend VibeMail don't go with the review's.

I have known this email vendor for a very long time, fakes do not exist beyond a certain limit. It is possible that
technical issues and customer service issues are there, it is with me and my friends too but they have been great
help and guidance and support. I am a genuine customer and I am no fake. I would like to speak the fact .

have excellent relationship with me and other clients I have referred. All of them have small complaints about them so do I but such complaints are there for even the biggest companies. This is a company that keeps a very close connection with its clients and are ever ready to help. vibemail is in the market for 10 years as I have known, fakes do not exist so long and in the IT field especially. Before blankly labelling someone with such remarks one has the right to choose what vendor they want to choose really. Vibemail supports me for all the email marketing solutions am a happy customer. There must have been some kind of misunderstanding with those who found it bad, that can happen with all the companies and with all of us.
