Builder/promoter of casa vibrant building by vibrant realty & infrastructure limited (Mr. Nishant bhayana, email: [protected]@vibrantinfra.com) provided fake promises to customer while selling the flats.
Since 2014 as claimed by the builder completion of the buildings, customers do not have amenities. He has taken money for amenities but failed to provide amenities to customers. No swimming pool, no club house.
He has not yet formed or registering the society.
He is not completed property tax registration.
