This is to put your keen interest towards the people being robbed regularly in the metro station specially on the way of chaabri bazaar to kashmiri gate. People regularly get robbed their even I got robbed there only my mobile ph. Of rupees 40000 was stolen from my pocket on[protected], after a lot of troubles I reached to the DMRC police station situated at kashmiri gate their on the same date I complained about my phone being stolen from the metro station they launched FIR NO.374 (under IPC 1860 section 379), after waiting for so long I regularly went to DMRC police station for taking my stolen phones update but after lot of problems and time my phone was put on tracking. Then the concerned authority did updated me anything about my ph. I again started visiting there for get to know about the investigation progress but no satisfactory results I get, so I went to the SHO to tell him the situation but this step was not being worth as the SHO of DMRC police station was not behaving as being on a higher position he should behave. After going many times I got to know that I am not the single person regularly too many people lost their phone on the kashmiri gate or on Rajiv chowk after getting to know this much the DMRC the CISF is not taking appropriate and strict steps to finish this problem and to put the culprits behind the bar why the action is not being taken. If I talk to DMRC Police authority about my phone being taking steps or making their investigation progressive they clearly say “the thieves now a days are very difficult to get and we don’t thing you will get your ph. Back as the change the EMI no. of your ph. They are very smart”this kind of response I got after talking to them. Please help me its my humble request to you please take appropriate steps as soon as possible and put the culprits behind the bars.
