Vicebear — 999 paid through phonepe on April 29 against a purchase of headphone but nothing arrived and now site is not being searched on internet

I ordered a headphone and paid 999 through phonepe app on april 29 but nothing arrived till date. Also when i went through trail msgs, and searched the site I did not find the existence of the site vicebear.in. it seems to be a complete fraud, pls help me. Regards, Reema
