Vicebear — Fraud in the name of e commerce

I had ordered redmi note 7 pro on 28 april 2020 as per order no vb1312 and made pre payment of rs 2999. But even after more than 20 days having been lapsed, i m still to receive the delivery of the product nor getting any response or information from the company, which clearly indicates that this company is making fool of the innocent customers and looting their hard earned money. Request take strict action against company and get my money refunded. Regards
