Vicebear.in — Didn't receive order# Id[protected]

Ad ordered set of four T-shirts for 999 on July 11th, the amount was deducted from my account, but so far it has not been delivered. When I try to track the order via the message received on the email, it says the website doesn't exist. There's no customer care number where we can reach to check on this.
