Vicebear.in — Non supply of mobile phone or relevant information

I have placed an order with the above company for mobile phone for rs 2999/ and made payment by credit card through payu money on 18th june.
Subsequently we have not received any receipt and also the delivery details.
Entire operation seems to be highly suspicious .
There are several complaints registered against the company.
Please ensure suitable action is taken to refund the money to me and protect citizens from their gullible actions
