Dear team,
I have ordered with order no. Vb 1290 sony srs/xb12 extra base portable wireless speaker with free air pods through vicebear website but didn't receive the product even after 1 month.
I also called on the given customer care mobile numbers but i got a very bad responce from mobile no# [protected] & he is speaking in a very vulger language & said that the product is cancelled & i will not get my money refund back - he even says that do what ever you want.
I want to register a complaint against vicebear.
Is it a fraud online site?
I request everyone not to order anything from this website.
I request you to return my money back.
