Vidal Healthcare Tpa — not received the claim amount already settled | |||||
Dear sir/madam Greetings to you. As per the instructions received from sudhakar babu pr/ blr/vidal health/tpa, i had already sent mails with attachments of required details along with the cancelled cheque to phaneendra. A @vidalhealthtpa.com & bishwajit [protected]@vidalhealthtpa.com. On nov.4th, 6th and 20th. Besides i have sent the physical cancelled cheque with all the required details through post. Despite my all efforts, the already sanctioned amount has not yet been credited to my account till this date. My father had to get discharge from hospital on Morning, and quotation sent to hospital by 12'O clock noon. But this guy did not process the request even after 24 hours, I called several times, but they had mugged up answer ready, that "it will be done in soon, we are sorry". This is so frustrating and ill attitude to serve your customer
