Hello
I have booked a d2h connection on 06/10/2021 online from official website of d2h. My Order ID is #36141 and i have not received the product till now.I have received an message from shiprocket saying that the order is packed after that product is not even shipped . I am fed up with the service .When i called customer care service they dont have proper information to track my order. I keep calling customer care but they haven't solved my problem. I feel being cheated as i have done online payment Rs 1640/-. Please help in cancelling my order and initiate my refund which got deducted. Worst experience from videocon d2h
