This complaint is against consultancy service named videsh consultz in hyderabad, narayanaguda. Videsh consultz that advertises itself to be best in providing services right from university selection for students aiming to pursue their education abroad till visa processing is in reality a cheat. I was forced to pay an amount inr93000/- for their services with all false promises and deceit tactics
I traveled for university counseling services, all the way to hyderabad to seek assistance in the said matter, whilst spending huge money.
The level and quality of services provided by videsh consultz is abysmal and far from satisfactory. My experience turned out to be totally different than what they say through their website advertisement. The following are my serious observations:
1. I prepared the statement of purpose and they are not bothered to add / delete / provide guidance on sop what so ever.
2. When applying for universities they are applying on their own without taking my consent and at their fancies.
3. More seriously, they have given the wrong address of the universitys of italy, by virtue of which my ielts documents have been sent to some other place and till today they are not bothered to rectify the committed error.
4. The kind o[censored]niversities they suggest to the students are far below the standards. They suggest only those universities in which they have good contacts irrespective of profile standards of students, as a result of which i ended up getting low graded universities, though my education profile deserves better.
5. They have taken entire amount for the services, but unfortunately they do not respond to the e-mails and phone calls. I have sent e-mail to mr shashi, student adviser regarding visa guidance and to mr sainath for problem with regard to wrong address given for university of italy unfortunately, they have never been responsive inspite of taking huge amount.
I want to file a case of cheating, deceit, false promises against the institute. I would request, if any others are also victims of this institute, we shall jointly file the case which would strengthen.
