I am Pankaj. My son was studying in Vidya Niketan School D Block, Saket, New Delhi-110017 Since 2020. In April 2023, He was promoted and moved to 2nd Class. On May 12, 2023 in PTM, I Met with his class teacher and her behavior was not appropriate towards my son. I realized, If they are behaving like this in front of me then what they were doing with my 6 year old son. So, I met with the Principal (Mrs Anandita Das) to complaint about that teacher behaviour but she warned to my son in aggressive voice that "You need to improve otherwise, I will give you TC", I asked her that he is only 6 year old. Do you think he knows the TC meaning ? My son started his career with your school. He did Prep- 1, 2 and 1st Class in your school and he achieved good marks thats why he promoted to 2nd Class. If he is not doing anything then why I am paying this high fee to you from last 3 years ? but she was very rude to us. I realized that my son told me that his teacher did not allow him for even washroom and slap him without any mistakes. Two times he did pee in his pant but I took that lightly. My child was not safe with them. So I had decided to change the school.
On 16th May2023. I gave them an application for relieving and requested them to refund the fee which I had paid in advance.

I had paid them 15465.00 for school fee and 4867.00 for books which are useless for me now.
As per the guidelines, Not even a single school can force to buy books or dress for a specific vendor but if you investigate then you will find that Vidya Niketan school school has only one Vendor for books that is Orchid educational and only one vendor for school dress that is Vedanta. They have very high fixed rate of books and dress and Parents are not allowed to buy from anywhere else. Also there are no other option to buy books and dress from outside.

After multiple follow up, School manager Mr. Ramesh issued a check of around 2.5K. I refused to accept that check and asked him the calculation because I paid them advance fee of 15465 and 4867 for books then how much they deducted. He refuse to provide me the details of deduction and said he will speak to the Principal but he never refund me the money or details. I also spoke with Principal said they will give me the deduction detail but still I'ts more then 6 months but they have not refund my fee and give any details.
They harassed my son and now they are harassing me from last 6 months. I request you to Please see the attached proof and take the strict action:-
Against the school to having only one vendor for Books and Dress and overcharge to the parents.
Against that teacher who harassed my son.
Against School Manager and Principal to Harassing me for fee refund.Please instruct them to return my fee asap.
